2. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display accurate prices and product information, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them.

Many pieces are made-to-order. Estimated lead times are indicative and confirmed at the time of order.

3. Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we confirm and accept your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery timelines depend on product availability and made-to-order lead times. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Please see our Returns Policy for details on cancellations, returns and refunds. Made-to-order and bespoke items may be non-returnable except where faulty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desroch shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
