Prepare quantities, recipient context, budget, destination and approval requirements before requesting a corporate gifting quotation.
Work backwards from the required date
Record the date the gifts must be received, the destination or number of delivery locations, and the time your own team needs for review and approval. A requested date is a requirement to check, not a confirmed arrival commitment.
Choose against confirmed quantities
Share an estimated and a final quantity, a product budget per recipient and the intended occasion. Ask for current availability of the entire quantity and whether repeat supply matters. A single catalogue listing does not establish that a bulk order can be fulfilled.
Separate product and presentation decisions
Identify the chosen SKUs before asking about packaging, messages, receipt arrangements or branding. Each request may have different eligibility, charges and lead times. Do not assume logo application, minimum order quantities, discount tiers or packing services until they appear in an agreed quotation.
Confirm responsibilities
Name the person approving the shortlist and commercial terms. Record which party is responsible for final quantities, delivery details, product inspection and handover. Avoid uploading recipient lists until an agreed, appropriate process exists. Confirm payment, dispatch and arrival terms with the quotation rather than relying on generic website copy.
