DELIVERY POLICY


Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Desroch will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your Descroch ID once your order has processed or changed status. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site.


Delivery Delays:

1. If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay;

2. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product;

3. If you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.

Invoice. We will issue an electronic invoice for your purchase and send such invoice to the email address you provided to us.



RETURN POLICY


Any product kept in its original form of packing, tags, bills, and condition will be entitled to be exchanged or returned if the customer deems so. All items must be exchanged or returned within 15 days of receipt of the good. Replacement or refund will happen if the product successfully passes all the quality checks after being returned.

We will not refund any delivery and assembly costs you have paid in case you requested to return goods already delivered to your home. And based on our evaluation of item condition we will refund the product value.

What you will need?

Your receipt and the item’s original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. We issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment.
